Workshop 1: The power of networking

Remy Van Haver is a sales coach and networking expert who firmly believes that good conversations beat perfect pitches. With more than 15.000 cold calls under his belt, he has learned that networking is not about being smooth or salesy, but about being genuinely curious and a little bit bold. Having lived and studied in different countries, Remy brings a fresh, international perspective on how people connect across cultures. He is the co-author of "Van Babbel naar Beslissing" and the creator of The Art of Networking workshop, where he mixes real stories, practical tools and a healthy dose of humor to help students and young entrepreneurs network with more confidence and less awkwardness.

Workshop 2: Advanced Canva skills 

Join us for a practical Canva workshop focused on social media, branding, AI and digital communication.

This session is designed for students and young entrepreneurs in Leuven who already know the basics and want to use Canva in a smarter, more professional way. Team Wingman, a local social media agency, will guide you through the session and show how Canva is used in real client workflows.

• How to quickly build a consistent brand style and find a strong visual identity
• Creating social media posts efficiently and using Canva’s built-in planning tool
• Turning static designs into dynamic videos

• A few small but powerful Canva hacks that save time and elevate your designs

This workshop is demo-driven and insight-focused, with practical examples you can immediately apply in your studies, internships or own projects.

workshop 3: Build your AI agent

How can generative AI make your communication smarter, more consistent, and more efficient?

In this interactive workshop, Heike Pauli demonstrates how to set up an agentic workflow: an intelligent AI structure in which tasks such as writing, revising, planning, and alignment work together automatically and thoughtfully.

Using familiar communication use cases (such as social media, email, content creation, or internal communication), you will build a concrete AI agent step by step. You’ll learn not only what is possible, but especially how to apply this practically and responsibly in your studies, internship, or personal project.

What you will learn

• What agentic workflows are and why they are more than “just a prompt”

• How to use AI agents for communication tasks such as writing, editing, and planning

• How to build a concrete AI workflow in n8n around a communication use case
