How do you build a strong team as a young entrepreneur, while creating an environment where different talents can truly thrive?

During this lunch session, Christopher Van Roy from Ekseko will introduce you to the world of neurodiversity in the workplace, with a particular focus on autism. No heavy theory, but practical insights, relatable examples and concrete tips you can apply right away.

You will discover the strengths neurodiverse profiles can bring to a team, how small adjustments in communication and work organisation can make a big difference, and how you can start building an inclusive company culture from day one.

This session is ideal for students, young entrepreneurs and anyone interested in building strong, diverse and future-proof teams.
