MAKEATHON: develop new food products based on plant proteins.
Generation Food is organising a makeathon together with LEJON on 27-28 September. During this two-day event, students and companies will work together intensively to develop new food products based on locally produced plant proteins, using concrete cases!
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Two days of intensive collaboration with companies, students and the college.
Interesting interactions with experts from UCLL, Boerenbond, Food Pilot, ILVO, etc.
Collaborate on solutions in the search for the food system of the future.
